You want to know about me??? Well, I'm gonna tell you anyway. I'm an ANOINTED young individual that loves God and is just beginning to know the true power of his grace and mercy. I may not have all the money in the world...not even as much as I'd desire right now, but I have a rich life that includes a loving and supportive family, real friends, and best of all the gift of musical talent...I didn't make it this far without a sacrafice. I know you're thinking to yourself (if you even took out the time to read this section) "Where are you?" To answer that, I am right where God wants me. I used to be afraid of having to lose myself if I surrendered to and sold out for God.The devil clouded my mind and tried to keep those thoughts wedged between my bestfriend (God) and myself. But I got to the place where I could really think for myself...I had no substances controlling my mind...the only SUBSTANCE in my life is my faith...which is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. And once I began to yield to God, he revealed to me that if he wanted us all to be the same, he would have made us the same. I've always prided myself in being different...and God told me that he was different...and he would use me in MY difference to make a difference. Truly God has begun to unleash BACK BLESSINGS...those blessings that he'd been wanting to shower down on me, but I was not in the place to receive them. You see, they were for me...and God knew that I was gonna eventually get it together, so he put them up for me. And He's barely scratched the surface with my blessings. With everything that God does for me, I wonder when he has time to bless other people. Because I feel just like an only child. What more could anyone want??? I want it all. Everything that God has for me, everything that I am meant to be...I want it. And I want YOU to get to know me. Keep your eyes open, and you'll see the GOD in ME.Sincerely,Benaiah

I'd like to meet:

I just want to share with you my biggest inspirations in MUSIC entertainment. ] Before there was ANYONE for me there was Brandy...she was the first artist of which I was ever a fan, and she continues to influence me vocally today. People don't give her credit for her capabilities...DON'T SLEEP ON BRANDY! And then there is Beyonce! She is AMAZING and continually raises the bar in entertainment...NEVER have I seen an entertainer with the vocal power and precision, and the presence and versatility and STAR QUALITY that Beyonce has. Though many are quick to try to de-throne her with others that shall remain nameless, Beyonce is at the TOP of the pyramid rite now. It's Beyonce and Jay...and everybody else. And there's John Legend...his voice is one of a kind. And I love his style...vocal and fashion. I love singers that know what they are doing, and it's evident in his delivery of ANYTHING that he sings that he has mastered being in a league of his own. Bilal...Bilal, Bilal, Bilal! He's just so unique...and it's obvious that he is not caught up in the trappings of people who do this just to be famous or get rich. This dude sings from his soul. And I've been compared to him a time or two. Kierra "KiKi" Sheard...I want to marry this woman. Her voice is so exotic, unpredictable, and anointed...and she is beautiful. I want to marry her and have her sing to me everyday. And my newest inspiration is none other than the "cry baby" himself (I don't think he's a cry baby)...Mr. West!!! That's right, ladies and gennnmen, Kanye!!! I have just come to have a lot of respect for him...I love the his style. I call myself Kanye on a budget, cuz I can't do it like he does it...YET. And I rap (a little known secret) and through no intention of my own, my style is very similar (in my opinion) to Kanye. That's my dude. Maybe one day, he could be MY big brother. Who knows.AND YES, SOMEDAY I HOPE TO MEET ALL OF THESE PEOPLE!!!

I am a musician and I love just about EVERY genre of music. I'm very ecclectic...and moody. So there's no telling who I'm listening to at any given time. Having said that, I want to showcase a couple of artists I feel that you all should look out for (and this will change periodically, of course). Paolo Nutini Kevin Michael Justin NozukaAnd ofcourse.....I will be sure to keep you posted with information on how you can get our up coming album "The Blessing"Check out this "live" performance of "Afrodisiac" by Brandy. Though she's lipsyncing this one, the vocal track she recorded is fire!!! So different from the album. I love her! And she looks great! Check it out!Big ups to Solange...doing her thing on "I Decided." It's different than anything that any other artist is doing today, and I am LOVING it."I Decided" live....check it out!!A lot of you may not remember an American Idol contestant by the name of Leah LaBelle, but I love this chic. Her voice is so wonderful to me. Here she is singing "Take a bow" by Rihanna (and does it better in my opinion).

Movies:

I don't know why EVERYBODY wanna hate on Pootie!!!

Television:

Rite now...I hate to admit it, but the reality shows are burning up the air waves...My personal favorites are College Hill, Making the Band 4, and Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Books:

My favorite book is "Friends and Lovers" by Eric Jerome Dickey. I never wanted to put it down!

Heroes:

My heroes??? God! My daddy...and my mommy.
