Travis Malloy

Travis Malloy is a self-taught vocalist, pianist, writer and arranger. Travis graduated from The Pittsburgh High School For The Creative Arts Performing Arts (CAPA). He studied in the vocal department for four years where one of the competency requirements included singing solos in four different languages. His CAPA experience provided him with musical and artistic diversity. The goal of Travis Malloy has been and continues to be, reaching out to young people across the globe in sharing inspiration through his music. Travis performs urban-inspirational contemporary music, but most of his experience comes from the church where God has blessed him with the ability to compose, arrange and rearrange all of the songs he sings. Travis has shared the stage with Tye Tribbett and G.A., Kim Burrell, The Clark Sisters, Kierra Sheard, Chico Debarge and J Moss. He also had the opportunity to teach and arrange a song for Kierra Sheard's BRL Community Choir. Additionally, Travis was identified to coordinate, teach, and participate in providing background vocals for nationally renowned Josh Groban during his 2007 US tour in Pittsburgh. Travis has provided music for weddings, scholarship banquets, private affairs, and was one of the opening performers at the National Urban League Convention held in Pittsburgh Pa, in 2003. Presently, Travis' music has been in heavy rotation for the past year in Pittsburgh, Ohio, West Virginia, Michigan and Boston. Currently, Travis is a member of the JDS Family..(John Drew Sheard Production Company out of Detroit, Michigan). Travis has been credited for Jingle's on Pittsburgh's local popular radio stations. On a regional level, Travis has done many dynamic things which have laid the ground work for national and international success.
