My daughter's rendition of me:
"If the freedom of speech is taken away, then dumb and silent we may be led, like sheep to the slaughter.", George Washington
"In times of change, the patriot is a scarce man; brave, hated and scorned.", Mark Twain
"Secrecy is the freedom zealots dream of: no watchman to check the door, no accountant to check the books, no judge to check the law. The secret government has no constitution. The rules it follows are the rules it makes up", Bill Moyers.
"None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free", Goethe.
"The important thing is not to stop questioning", Albert Einstein.
"It's not who votes that counts; it's who counts the votes", Josef Stalin.
"But the [people], if only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength, would have no need to conspire . . . They need only to rise up and shake themselves like a horse shaking off flies . . .", George Orwell, 1984
"You let one ant stand up to us - then they all might stand up. Those puny little ants outnumber us a 100 to one. And if they ever figure that out, there goes our way of life.", Hopper (a grasshopper speaking to fellow grasshoppers in the Disney/Pixar movie A Bug's Life).
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.", Margaret Mead.
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.", 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution.
"There is no act too small, no act too bold. The history of social change is the history of millions of actions, small and large, coming together at points in history and creating a power that governments cannot suppress.", Howard Zinn, historian.
"What good fortune for those in power that the people do not think.", Adolf Hitler
"It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.", Robert F . Kennedy.
"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government."
(Henry Kissinger (1923- ), Former US Secretary of State, speaking at Bilderburgers meeting in Evian, France, May 21, 1992. Unbeknownst to Kissinger, his speech was taped by a Swiss delegate to the meeting)
"Let me control a peoples currency and I care not who makes their laws."
Meyer Nathaniel Rothschild in a speech to a gathering of world bankers February 12, 1912. The following year, the USA subscribed to the 'services' of the newly incorporated Federal Reserve, headed by Mr. Rothschild.
"The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it's profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way, and you will see a brick wall at the back of the theatre.", Frank Zappa (May 1977).
"The time would be easy to know, for then mankind would have become as the Great Old Ones; free and wild and beyond good and evil, with laws and morals thrown aside and all men shouting and killing and revelling in joy. Then the liberated Old Ones would teach them new ways to shout and kill and revel and enjoy themselves, and all the earth would flame with a holocaust of ecstasy and freedom.
"
—H. P. Lovecraft, "The Call of Cthulhu"
Any Americans that have woke up to what is happening to our country.....
The Info TV...Live & 24/7 Stream:
I love most all types of music (except Rap....don't really get it...generation gap, perhaps). I personally listen to everything from Dead Can Dance, to Cradle of Filth.....Mayhem to Mozart.....music is enlightening, motivating, mood enhancing.....music is a powerful force that awakens long dormant passions within us all (unless it's most rap music...then it just makes you want to "pop a cap" in someone...lol).
The Exorcist, The Wild Bunch, Taxi Driver, Apocalypse Now, Scarface, Sling Blade, Freeway, Blue Velvet, Santa Sangre, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Pan's Labyrinth, From Hell, Tombstone....and lots more (I love dark movies)...also ENDGAME: Blueprint For Global Enslavement, Loose Change and Terrorstorm (all must-see documentaries).
Non-fiction (which is much stranger than any fiction could ever be anyway).
Our founding fathers, who understood the dangers of absolute power and the dangers of elite ruling classes; also all the modern day patriots getting the word out regarding our downward slide into a fascist/feudilistic society (again).
