Philanthropy, cleaning, putting a smile on my loved one's faces :), learning, driving, organizing, interior design, sipping wine while listening to some good music, NOT clubs, working out....being around my closest friends and family. That is THE best! <a title=
Donna Brazile and Don Lemon!!!!
Not crazy about TV. It's a distraction that impedes one from getting other things done. However, if I do decide to turn on the tube, it will most likely be CNN. If not CNN, then History channel, Discovery,TLC and Lifetime

My mother,Zeneyda, is for a plethora of reasons. Mainly for making me a strong and independent woman. That is exactly what she is and she made sure I became just that as well. Growing up I knew not to go crying to my mother because all she would say was,"Toughen up. Stop crying. Crying is not going to fix your problems!" Back then I thought she was the meanest mom for that. I thought she was supposed to comfort me and hold me until I cried a river. Now, I can't be anymore thankful for her tough attitude. My mother also taught me to work hard for everything I want and get it on my own rather than wait for it to be handed to me. People often tell me to tell her that she raised a great daughter, but I don't have to tell her. I demonstrate it with my actions. **** Then there's my dad, Jaime. He has always done everything to make sure I never went without. Most importantly, he always did the little things to make me smile and show his love for me, which I in return try my best to do for others.***Finally, there's my uncle, Omar. I don't think I have ever told him he is my hero as well. He deserves to know it because he persevered through diversity and is a prime example of what hard work and determination can reap. Also, for making sure that everyone dear to him had the opportunity to succeed. He is truly the most humble and unselfish person I know.
