REVLON RED painted it's way on to the Hollywood scene after the Seattle grunge insurgency took the music industry's focus away from the Sunset Strip glam rock arena, forming as Hollywood's alternative.
Blending traditional '70's and '80's influenced glam and metal with punk, new wave and death rock styles and incorporating modern elements of grunge and nu-metal, the band created a current and vital new sound.

and has since become the

The group is presently in the finishing process of their forth-coming full length release produced by Dave Morse (Motley Crue/David Bowie) and Russ Hawthorne (Van Halen/Judas Priest).
Initially heckled as "never having a chance", the band has hence proven to be a leading pioneer in the return of the music industry's focus today to the Hollywood glam rock scene, leading the way for many other acts locally, nationally and abroad.
Though musically diverse, the band's image and sound is predominantly true to the original glam rock form, and therefore having stuck to it's guns has become the epitome for the glam genre's next wave.
REVLON RED is proud to carry the torch for the new generation of glam rock fans who come to Hollywood from all over the world for exactly what REVLON RED has to offer.
The band has a dark-tinged image of glitz and glamour that bears strong street influences as well as being futuristic in style and plays songs that are both fun yet powerful.
From the outset, REVLON RED were invited to play weekend gigs during choice time slots at leading clubs such as the Whisky-A-Go-Go and the Roxy Theatre, based on their reputation alone.
The band has since come to primarily play support slots for national touring acts at prominent venues like the Key Club and the House of Blues, among many others.
The group's broad appeal has allowed it to be booked with bands of varying styles ranging from glitter and gutter rock to various metal, power pop and punk.
