LOVE "UNPLUGGED!!" Concert From The Heart featuring: "THREE GENERATIONS LIVE" Me on the left, my 81 yr old mother in the middle, and my precious daughter on the right.
Myspace Backgrounds

Life IS a stage.. SHOW UP and SING!!!
I'm a blue jean wearing, retired professional, a socially conscious progressive half-pint who prides herself in living outside-the-box, while sporting an intensely positive approach to my life and the world around me.
I value peace and a rowdy good time, depending on the setting. I can swear with the sailors, pray with the best of them and get down and dirty on a whim. Things are not always as they appear..
My Daughter introduced me to MySpace and I remain a subscriber because of my vast curiosity of all people from across this wild globe, and the beautiful minds which reside in them. Looking through another's prism is one way to open our eyes and soak up all the colors of this beautiful palate we call life.
My home base for the majority of the my first 40 years was a small coastal town, Monterey, CA. It was where I always returned after my extended years in Germany, England, Malta and Sicily. I am the 4th child in family of outgoing, adventuresome and large hearted (and sometimes large-headed) Scottish-Irish-Maltese-Greek clan of 5.
My experiences have taught me the importance of living from the inside out and following my dreams and intuition. I was gifted a beautiful spirit in my daughter who at this writing will be 26 next month. She is on her own path and continues to be a shining star in my Universe.
The challenges in my life have been many, they have been the seeds of my tenacity, openheartedness, empathy and compassion. One must experience adversity to know the true value of victory. I was born with Arthrogryposis (all four limbs affected) and use a power wheelchair for the majority of my extended walking. My many long early years watching life from my windowsill left me with an uncommon perspective, and no doubt contributed to my PhD in human observation.
My humor and love of it in general is sometimes dark and off the wall and yes, sometimes quite twisted, (a genetic trait).. along with my love of music in quite nearly every form. My list of favorite music is endless, as are the places it takes me.
Once again, my history plays a large role in my love of nature in all its splendor, especially the vast oceans, small secluded beaches, majestic redwoods and the enchantment of the stars from a spellbound gaze into a quiet night sky.
You Should Be a Joke Writer
You're totally hilarious, and you can find the humor in any situation.
Whether you're spouting off zingers, comebacks, or jokes about life...
You usually can keep a crowd laughing, and you have plenty of material.
You have the makings of a great comedian - or comedic writer. What Type of Writer Should You Be?
