About Me

MySpace Countdowns
Hi everyone! Welcome to the official Myspace page of Central FL Paranormal Investigators (CFPI).
We are a local paranormal group based in Orlando, FL which formed in the summer of 2007. We definitely pursue this with a scientific-minded approach, but this could be because we have a Mensan, an Astro-Physicist and an Electrical Engineer in our group! (Yes, we are a group of para-geeks LOL) We are an eclectic mix who share a common interest in the paranormal.

My Interests

EVP
These EVPs were captured during our Longwood Investigation (you’ll need to pause the song on our page to get a good listen to them ;-)

1. Starts with the voice of an investigator talking to a spirit named Ernestine, followed by the sound of a train in the distance…near the end, a “hi” is heard.

2. The “hi” from the previous clip, amplified with a noise reduction filter applied to remove background noise.

3. This recording was taken from a stationary recorder in an empty room – no investigators/people were present at the time of the recording.

4. This recording was also taken from a stationary recorder in a different empty room when no investigators/people were present.

5. The voice of an investigator saying goodbye to Ernestine is heard, followed by the chiming sound of his camera turning on. Within that chime, a voice can be heard that seems to be saying “Marching” or “Marsha”. A shorter camera chime is heard again when a picture is taken, followed by the voice again, seeming to say the same thing with a slightly different inflection.

CFPI SUPPORTS:

I'd like to meet:

Of course we'd like to meet the founders of T.A.P.S. That pretty much goes without saying, right?! Then there is always that "I wanna meet a real ghost" thing, too. That's where we need YOUR help. If you would like us to investigate a potentially haunted location, please contact us either via Myspace or at [email protected]. We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
