About Me

The Diableros are known for creating an intense sound, brooding instrumentation rounded out by Carmichael's valiant and honest vocal delivery. The live show mirrors the intensity of their recorded output evident through the blood that often ends up on Jackson's guitar after many of their gigs. The Diableros live and breathe music, they are a group of friends, who despite the weight of some of their songs, don't take themselves too seriously.
"Carmichael's disheveled random firings thrive off the cooler-headed indie rock the band puts behind him."
- pitchforkmedia.com
"The Diableros generally come off as leaders of the next generation of no-bullshit rockers — ones who just happen to enjoy Echo and the Bunnymen and Dinosaur Jr. in equal measures."
- EYE Weekly
The Diableros is currently Pete's only musical vice. Ian also plays guitar in The Airfields. Keith leads Hamilton Trading Company. Mike also plays drums in Proof of Ghosts. Craig sings in Fjord Rowboat. Check out the Top 4 for links to their music.
