If there is one thing you should know about me, it's that I am a very open person. I wear my heart on my sleeve, so you can be certain that what you see is what you're gonna get.
I am also a bunch of contradictions...for example:
- I am "un-gay" by working on/modifying my cars, but I'll do it wearing pink I will listen to Kelly Clarkson while driving to a Nine Inch Nails concert I will put glitter in my hair and even (rarely) wear eye makeup but I won't do drag I will dance with no shirt on or do the "wet underwear" contest but I am actually very shy and insecure about my body/looks I appreciate guys with a mind and sense of humor, yet looks and other superficial things DO matter (sorry) I have only been out for a few years but I am totally, completely comfortable with my sexuality
What you will find is that I am a complex person with many facets to my life. I am completely comfortable with being gay and I see no reason to hide it. If you're still in the closet, please don't try to be my friend or ask me for a "discreet" hookup. I came out and I am never going back in. When I find a boyfriend, he better be affectionate and willing to show it anywhere.
When I decide to do something, I DO it. I may hang back at first, but when I commit I will jump in with both feet.
I will do anything for my friends, but I also expect my friends to be there for me. Most of my life I have been alone (I changed schools often when I was little), so it is important to me feel like I belong. However, I expect my friends to be adults, too. So if you're under 21 (physically or mentally) then please move on. I am way over high school. You should be, too.
I like to travel. I believe it is important to be worldly and experience other cultures and ways of thinking. There is more to life than clubs or the mall. Places I've been to (as in spent the night):
- Ensenada, Mexico
Istanbul, Turkey
Bodrum, Turkey
Ankara, Turkey
Tekirova, Turkey
Dublin, Ireland
Cork, Ireland
London, England
Bern, Switzerland
Zurich, Switzerland
Geneva, Switzerland
Paris, France

...and then the places I've visited in the U.S. (not including airport layovers): Baltimore MD Annapolis MD Columbia MD Ellicott City MD Washington D.C. Original Poetry I've Written
enchanting knight
you are merlin, captivating and seducing me.
wizard eternal, my soul swirls in your spell.
reflections of the deep sky mirror in your eye,
filling me with intense shooting-stars of passion.
you are arthur, standing above steamy water.
excalibur rises and draws me in,
i taste power and lust; hard, hot, intoxicating.
i give myself completely as you come inside;
your arms holding me with strength and desire.
i ascend from your magic, a young knight inspired.
Moonrise
The dark, cool mountain air is all about
As Orion gazes upon our first embrace.
The depth of blues in the sky and earth surround us
and dwarf our selves in their antiquity.
We need not cotton nor wool to keep us warm,
as we each feel a slight electric tingle on our skin.
Our hands touch ever so lightly
as a glow rises from the stone.
We turn our faces upward, innocent with wonder.
It is the moon, lifting our blanket of darkness.
The Truth is realized as She rises in the night
and, unashamed, we kiss in her tender light.
