$lim $lip's debut show was all thanks to top London DJ LITTLE CARL, a very good friend to the band, who wanted the band to perform at his birthday party on the 19th March 2004, at the prestigious ACE CAFE, London. With a ram packed venue, the boys pulled off a mind blowing performance... SLIM SLIP WAS BORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In the short space of time the band have performed alongside many of the TOP MODERN ROCKnROLL / ROCKABILLY acts such as SMOKESTACK LIGHTNING, HOT BOOGIE CHILLUN, SLIM JIM PHANTOM (of the STRAY CATS) with gigs a plenty to follow.
