Il gruppo nasce nel gennaio del 2005 con Giacomo alla chitarra e alla voce, Simone alla batteria, Beatrice al basso. Inizialmente suona post-rock/alternative rock, influenzato da band come Verdena e Deftones.
La svolta è nel marzo del 2006 con l’entrata di Filippo, cantante-screamer, grazie al quale il suono può progressivamente appesantirsi e diventare più violento e complicato, giungendo all’attuale post-hardcore influenzato da Converge, Botch e Dillinger Escape Plan.
Verso l’estate del 2007, in seguito ad alcuni contrasti, Filippo viene sostituito da Luca, il quale, ispirato dall’hardcore old school italiano, contribuisce a rendere il suono più grezzo, struggente e caotico.
Nel settembre del 2007 la band partecipa a Giovani di Note 2007 , concorso per gruppi musicali emergenti, arrivando in finale. Nello stesso periodo registra da Rizoma Produzioni una demo-EP di cinque canzoni. Una di queste viene selezionata per NeuroSounds Vol.1: Stones From The Sky, la prima compilation sulla scena "post" italiana, scaricabile da: neuroprison.blogspot.com .
Essendo venuta a mancare nel corso degli ultimi mesi l'intesa tra Beatrice e gli altri membri del gruppo e sentendosi lei molto più realizzata con il suo nuovo progetto, gli Slaughter Vision , si è presa la decisione di cercare un altro bassista. Il nuovo arrivato, Federico, è di derivazione brutal death/black metal e grindcore.
The band was born in Feltre (Belluno) in January 2005 and made up of Giacomo (guitar/voice), Simone (drums) and Beatrice (bass). At the beginning they play post-rock/alternative rock influenced by Verdena and Deftones.
In March 2006 Filippo join the band as a screamer/singer and he marks a turning point: the sound becomes progressively heavy, violent and complicated, coming to play post-hardcore like Converge, Botch and The Dillinger Escape Plan.
In summer 2007 Filippo is replaced by Luca because of some quarrels. The new screamer, inspired by Italian old school hardcore, has made the sound rougher, more suffering and chaotic.
In September 2007 the group takes part in “ Giovani di Note 2007 ”, a contest for new musical groups, reaching the finals. In the same period they record a demo-EP by Rizoma Produzioni ; one of the five songs recorded is selected for “NeuroSounds Vol.1: Stones From The Sky” which is the first compilation about the “POST” Italian scene, downloadable from: neuroprison.blogspot.com .
For the last few months Beatrice hasn’t been in agreement with the other members of the band and she has been much more interested in realizing her new group “ Slaughter Vision ”. For these reasons the band has decided to take another bassist: Federico. The new member’s background is brutal death/black metal and grindcore.
