Sono nato a Roma l’otto ottobre ottanta. Da subito appassionato alla musica ho un approccio immediato a questo mondo e con il mio strumento. Ma è dal ’95 che finalmente ho la possibilità di fare moltissime esperienze live in vari pub di Roma. Concluso il liceo (‘98), con conseguimento del diploma scientifico e dopo una breve esperienza universitaria, mi iscrivo all’ UM (Università della Musica) dove concluderò il triennio di studio prendendo il “diploma di compimento inferiore” con una votazione di 8,50/10. Nel 2003/04, concluso il ciclo all’UM, inizio ad insegnare privatamente e presso la scuola di musica di Davide Pettirossi ‘L’oasi’. Nel frattempo studio basso elettrico con Luca Pirozzi e contrabbasso con il M° Gianluca Renzi. Nel 2004 suono nella big band dell’UM diretta dal M° Pino Jodice. Nel 2005 con Emyl, una volta vinto il concorso ‘Audition’, partecipo al ‘Cornetto Free Music Festival’ di Napoli 2005. Nello stesso anno suono in più occasioni con Marco Bellotti. Nel frattempo inizio ad insegnare alla scuola di musica ‘Accademia di S. Godenzo’. Nel 2006 inizio la collaborazione con il gruppo ‘SigV 2.0’ con cui tra marzo ed aprile sono in tour nel centro Italia; le date si concludono in giugno con la diretta televisiva su ‘Rai Futura’. Nello stesso anno ho il dispiacere di scrivere ed arrangiare interamente le musiche delle spettacolo ‘M.B. Show’, monologo grottesco scritto, diretto e interpretato da Paolo Lanzillotto, in cui partecipo anche alla messa in scena suonando live al ‘Teatro Vascello’ (Roma) dal 20 al 26 marzo 2006. Da luglio 2006 lavoro presso il ‘Nowhere Studio’ di Simone De Filippis. Dal 6 al 18 marzo del 2007 sono nuovamente in scena con lo spettacolo ‘M.B. Show’ presso il teatro Vascello. Nello stesso anno escono l’Ep ‘Mani’ dei Sig V 2.0 e l’album ‘Leaves’ di Bloomanstill, produco e suono dei brani arrangiati da Nicoletta Nardi per il Freedom Voice Trance Ensamble e co-produco e co-arrangio con Federica Marucci il suo progetto. Suono inoltre con Malego, gruppo rock indie, con il quale stiamo preparando un Ep di debutto. .Da sempre lavoro come bassista e fonico freelance.

I was born in Rome the 8th of October 1980. Straightaway keen on music, I had an immediate approach towards this world and my instrument. However only since 1995, I had finally the possibility to have interesting live experiences in different places around Rome. Once I have finished the high school (1998), getting a scientific diploma and after a short experience at the university, I started attending the UM (University of Music) where I accomplished a three-year period of study achieving the “lower fulfilment diploma” with a final mark of 8,50/10. In 2003/2004, once I accomplished my UM cycle, I have started teaching privately and for the music school of Davide Pettirossi “L’Oasi”. In the meantime I studied electric bass with Luca Pirozzi and double bass with the master Gianluca Renzi. In 2004 I have played within the big band of the UM conducted by the master Pino Jodice. In 2005, once won the “Audition” contest, I took part with Emyl in the “Cornetto Free Music Festival” in Naples. In the same year I played in several occasions with Marco Bellotti. In the meanwhile I have started teaching in the music school ‘Accademia di S. Godenzo’. In 2006 I started collaborating with the group ‘SigV 2.0’ and we went on tour, in the centre of Italy between March and April of the same year; the tour is concluded in June with a live broadcast on “Rai Futura”. During the same year I had the pleasure to write and arrange all the music of the “MB Show”, a grotesque monologue written, directed and interpreted by Paolo Lanzillotto also taking part in the representation, playing live in the theatre “Vascello” in Rome from the 20 to the 26 of March 2006. Since July 2006 I work in the “Nowhere Studio” of Simone de Filippis. From the 6th to the 18th march 2007 I have been again on stage with the “MB Show” in the theatre “Vascello” in Rome. During this same year, the Ep “Mani” of the Sig V 2.0 and the album Leaves of Bloomanstill are brought out; I produce and I play songs of Nicoletta Nardi for the Freedom Voice Trance Ensemble and I co-produce and co-arrange the project of Federica Marucci. I also play with Malego, a rock indie group and we are currently preparing our first EP. I have always worked as free lance bass player and sound engineer.
