About Me

Sound Breed

Lost in the prophecies of Sacred Geometry,
amidst the mists of archetipal energy waves,
all matter is given life and all life is spread,
under the influence of the One Word, Music itself.
Mystery can be unveiled by looking
at today's and yesterday's science hints...
Cymatics, Cosmogony.

We all have conscience of what it once was
because we all were there.
we were one and one was all
follow the wave that sees no time.

project da'wei project was born in 2000, after the first official gig as Autoctonoise Tribe with dj Phonema in Innsbruck, before Metalheadz' Grooverider performance.
Actual first 'indoor' hometown liveset was, same year, the opening set for Mu-ziq at Orange Club, in Rome suburbs (Finocchio, for everyone being there! what a night, wasn't it?)

Through the years, even tough not looking for places and gigs, the music has spread on and taken consistency. what now we have to offer is all our heart - smiles and tears, and years of study and practice. well, and of having fun as well of course. we live in italy, dammit! lazyness come hold me.

Various studies have been undergoing for the sake of art and research, and for da'wei own trippy nature. Numerology, Geometry, and some sporadic look at Physics (not to mention all the 'ancient arts' of the past) have been giving this music a good thrust ahead. under the thin veil of the cosmos, many thruths are hidden... and music is for sure one of the best telescopes we have, to gaze and search for answers. It is all lying within...
i told you i had a trippy nature.da'wei now loves to dwelve deep into ancient book of sciences and music, loving the clarity and pureness of the Renaissance and Baroque period, his beloved author being the majestic J.S.Bach of course, the mind which we all owe everything our ears have the fortune to hear. And, a brave bunch of others...

Words matter not, let music be.

We are instruments to Music, in the same way as a guitar is an instrument to ourselves...
we are the instruments in the hand of the Universe

In our wide array of beloved instruments that serve our music, as we do serve Music itself, i should name the Harpsichord, gentlest and most terrifying of all, the Piano, that tought us all we needed to know, the guitar, that let us weep to music, the flutes, that let us sang together with nature. Drums we learned, to learn how earth speaks to its creatures, as we learn to sing devotional songs, to devote ourself to the uppermost beings and for a moment be one with them.

Last but not least we dried our eyes and hardened our fingers, growing side by side with machines. Through machines all that is conceivable is made possible, and all music can be told. but it is us to speak, and not them... everything must have its place. I thank every little bit of conscience, human, electronical or musical, for being there up until now.
and thanks for anybody listening, up until now

and if i've been learning one thing in the last years, it is that
beauty is in the eye of the beholder
in the same way as harmony is in the soul of the listener.
for this, again,
thanks for listening.

...it all shall end in music, for in music we all dwell.
