Currently based in the north-east, I've been a pro bass player since age 18 and I can honestly say I play much better now. Born in Wallsend on Tyne in nineteen sixty something, joined first proper working band Arthur 2-Stroke in -79. Since then I've played in and for loads of bands/artists including Watt Government, Kane Gang, Archie Brown, Sid Griffin, Kathryn Tickell, The Young Bucks, The Coal Porters, Lindisfarne, Brian Houston, Joan Coffey, Rod Clements, Thea Gilmore.......to name but a few. Recently I've become a photographer and teach part-time at Newcastle College.This space is (nearly) brand new. Updates to come!!
