WELCOME, and thanks for checking out my page! I live in North Carolina with my wonderful husband and 3yr old son, and I'm a polymer clay addict! I make all kinds of little critters from blocks of clay, but lately, I have been working alot with dragons! You can see some of my other figurines under my pics. The dragons in the slideshow below are my "Birthstone Babies". You can also find out more about each individual dragon by clicking on the blogs above! Please enjoy your stay here among these Enlightened beings! If you do not have a myspace account and would like to contact me, please email me at [email protected].

I discovered polymer clay only a couple of years ago, in the summer of 2005, and my life hasn’t been the same since then! It seems that once I pick it up, I just can’t seem to put it down…yes, it’s that addictive! (Sometimes I think they should put a warning label on this stuff, or perhaps the phone# to a Polymer Clay Anonymous Group…LOL!) I have also learned that the clay kind of has a mind of it’s own sometimes! I often set out to make one thing, and end up with some other cute little critter I hadn’t intended on creating, staring back at me as an end result.I began by making a few figurines from books I purchased at a local craft shop just as a hobby, and my friends and family fell instantly in love with these whimsical little critters. Eventually, I began to create my own designs which, started off with Christmas ornaments, and all kinds of other funny little critters, but inevitably…the dragons found me and took over my world!I’m a long time believer in faeries, dragons, and all the other mystical creatures, and have searched for the wee folk and the realm in which they live since childhood. I’m very open minded, drawn toward the mystical world, & young at heart, so it was only a matter of time before these enchanting dragons would find me…and beg to be created.I was lying in bed one night, and the image of this little green dragon kept popping into my head. (Have you ever noticed that the inspiration fairy always seems to strike at night?) I could see her clearly, holding her little quartz crystal, and I even knew her name…“Olenaâ€. I tried to ignore the image and go to sleep, but she was a persistant little thing! I finally realized that I wasn’t going to get any sleep at all until I climbed out of bed and trudged off to the kitchen to create this little dragon. She wasn’t happy with just being created, she wanted the world to know her story, and all about the “Divine Dragon’s†too, so I had to type up a little bio for her as well about how she hopes to help the world, spreading love, light, and joy to the lives she touches! (You can read her bio as well as those of her friends in the blog section). The only problem is…now all of her friends want to be created too…and my hands can’t seem to keep up! This is how the Divinity Dragons were born!
I’m sure other types of dragons & “creatures†from the fantasy realm will find me soon enough, so please check back often to find out what’s new!
