Hello and welcome to my myspace! My name is Arlissa Green, artist and sculptress. I have been blessed with the ability to make different things. I enjoy making so many different things that I can't just stick to one. I am most known for my clay birds...and therefore am dubbed the "Bird Lady" to many people. But I also have a love for creating fantasy creatures such as fairies, gnomes, and unicorns. I have a very vivid imagination and I love to take that and put it into my art. Life has be come so rushed and so stressful that no one has time to slow down and enjoy life. And the media and culture that we live in now, brain washes you into thinking that you have to make TONS of money and live in big nice homes and so all these things and think like them...and well, that is not me. I don't consider my success as how much money I make or what name brand that I wear...I base it on my friendships and my reputation and reflection to others. As long as I am a friend to someone and just enjoy everyday of my life...I consider myself successful. So I guess you could say that I am pretty simple...(and long winded!) :-) Thank you for checking me out!
