Diet is very important to our Recovery from Fibromyalgia /CFS/M.Eas the cause of fibromyalgia is to many phosphates in our blood stream and when our body has to many phosphates they get thowen into our muscle cells and then when we eat , Carbohydrates-they trun into sugar, the insulin deposits the sugar along with phosphates into our cells. So everytime we eat Carbohydrates- we are counteracting the exact biochemical thing that the Guaifenesin does ; Guaifenesin takes the phosphates out of our cells, Carbohydrates- put phosphates into the cells so thats why when we eat Carbohydrates- Sugar in any form and junk that causes etc phosphates to go into our cells then we gain more and more of the ++ fibromyalgia pain This even happends when you aint on the Guai protocol when you stick

it has nothing to do with how long u have had the illness at all anyone can do it!!
we have to exercise in a real different way to normal people and in the right way AND NOW I CAN WALK FOR AN HOUR A DAY IT WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR LIFE BACK!!
when our body's are exercising our body's Realise a natural pain killer within in us that eases pain no matter who we are as that's how god made us also people like me and you need to exercise slow and build it up other wise we will end up bedridden we have to exercise in a certain way different from normal people do l we get worse if we don't do any exercise as our muscles and bones will get weaker and and we will be worse offand now i walk for One hour and 5Min's a day 7 days a week we have to
exercise different to normal people we have to start slow as i did and
build it up slowly i know a few people that are in Remission though
exercise and lifestyle change flexible bodies have less pain, strong
bodies have less pain fit bodies have less pain i know a person who's on
Guai and she runs for 5 miles a day also many people who ain't on the Guai and they exercise for hours a day and they are better cos of it
if we don't use exercise we are worse of as or bodies turn into Concrete
we can use Exercise and movement to have less pain and to get betterOver coming the symptoms of FMs does not happen over night and getting better requires a complete life style changethose who have been able to overcome the FMs challenge have not done over night it will take time, patience and perseverance. but you can feel better and once you have achieved that goal you will feel that it has been worth every effort you have made.
