Hi! I'm Cindy, the founder of Southwood Creations. The following tells you a little about what I do. I began a new venture into sculpting one-of-a-kind art dolls on New Year's Eve 2004 thanks to the help of a very talented friend. About two years later, I decided to create a web site where I could share my work with others. My dolls range from miniature babies to fairies, elves, art dolls, or any other fantasy figure that pops into my imagination. They also range from full clay sculpts to partial clay with soft-sculpted bodies and come in a variety of sizes. Each OOAK doll is individually hand-sculpted using ProSculpt Professional Polymer Clay. No molds are ever used in their creations, and no molds will be taken from them. Attention to even the tiniest detail has been given to each doll. I use only the best mohair or wool for their hair, and I use only recycled genuine furs for my teddy bear creations which I like to call my "Kelleybears"! When I'm not busy sculpting a new creation or making a new teddy bear, I'm busy working on a quilt.
