Most Recently I am a graduate of Impact Personal Safety's Basics Self Defense Course. This has been the most life changing, empowering experience of my life! I cannot express it enough. Every woman in the world should take this!
I was introducted to this class through the film I'll be shooting in the fall called "Pistoleras". It's an amazing project that I am so honored to be a part of. www.pistolerasmovie.com.
1 in 3 women will be assaulted in their lifetime. The odds after taking the Impact basics class is 1 in 20. And most women who DO get attacked end up using only one strike. This is my graduation video.ACTING. I really like being proactive with my career, writing, producing and directing projects! When I'm not busy being lazy.
DANCING. A few years ago I started dancing again and I couldn't be HAPPIER!
SEWING. I LOVE sewing, knitting, crocheting, but I really suck at it and don't know what I'm doing. Yay!
PUZZLES! I love challenging my brain. I'm addicted to Kakuro, Sudoku, Hanji, Sudokuro, and the like.
Sleep is my most favorite. It's the best!
