He's the guy in the bus station that says, "go ahead I'llk keep an eye on your stuff for you", and you see him the next day walking around town wearing your clothes... He's the ambulance driver who tells you you're going to pull through. He's the guy in the control tower who talked you down in a storm with a hole in your fuselage and both engines on fire... He's the only guy up this late on the suicide hotline, and knows the only place in town you can get a drink at this hour.Seen about town with Mandolin, Harmonica, whistles, Tormento, Omnichord, musical saw (on the Be Good Tanyas "Chinatown" album) and shakers and whatever oddball instruments in the Bocephus King's Band of Doom, the Hard Rock Miners, Highballs (as Perro Tormento), but most frequently from Scandinavia to Detroit with The Town Pants....Occasionally remembered by some scot punk rock vets from the original Real McKenzies lineup... Once spread a rumour that he was in the national touring production of Puppetry of the Penis... Once told a joke to Neko Case a joke so funny she almost peed her pants.
