Influences:
Sounds Like: What was once a passive-agressive, progressive rock band is now an efficacious, robust metal machine. Now equipped with a new rapacious-edged guitarest and hardhitting drummer, KA-TET, formely known as PIGTOOTH, makes way to a new side of rock. With a new sound formulating, so is it fitting the older members. Nothing is quite the same in the music anymore, even thou with grant from former guitarest, Sean, they still play a few of their old songs. "Our new drummer Nick is nothing like Chris," Matt explains, "in terms of technicality but his beats are fucking too die for. Lots of Double Bass Bitch. You know how our older stuff you couldnt really grab onto a tempo with youre head or anything becuase it was always changing becuase of the drums? (Which was cool and all)Well now its pretty straight foward Mudvayne style." Another change in drumming style is that Nick mutilates the bass drum. Which is sure to get your head pounding. "As for our guitarist, Mike, he's nothing like Sean in terms of effects. No real effects because he cant afford them right now," but he should have a Line 6 Halfstack ready to record for the new metal demo due in December '04. "...So right now its yea reverb and crunch haha. Hes got a metal style so theres a bit of palm muting which i know u like. But yea their really cool and talented guys" The new sound is killer, and i suggest you bring your moshing shoes and a couple bandaids to their shows, YOU'LL NEED THEM;And one last note.. be sure to bring a knife to their shows also, the singer will let you cut him to match the "X" scar on his chest(can this man be any sexier!?"

OLD EDITORIAL..

A truly mesmorizing band with the bass feel of TOOL, and guitar riffs that sound like something of System of a Down/A Perfect Circle's tweaked style and chord structure with such smoothness and ambien...
