Sounds Like: The tunes currently posted are about 10 years old, and about 90% of my playing right now revolves around the likes and tones of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Doc Watson and Albert Lee. But here's a short description of each of the tunes posted: "Big D" is a fun little blues and country instrumental that I wrote as a tribute to 2 of my favorite guitarist. Stevie Ray Vaughan (blues) and Albert Lee (country). The "Guitar Synth" piece was something I wrote and recorded to be used as a backing track for a video I was producing. I really like how the "flute" turned out in the middle, and the piece as a whole was VERY different for me, so I thought that I should post it just to show another side of my song writing. Everything on this track was done with my guitar (there were 3 tracks total). "Psalm 1" is being posted just to give another example of my song writing style and a bit of guitar work (I'm not very fond of my vocals, but hey, it is what it is). And then "Acoustic Demo" is just a short clip from a larger piece so that people could see another side of my pickin'. All of these were written, recorded and performed by myself, with a few overdubs to try and give it more of a "band" or "group" feel. Well, that's it for now. ENJOY!!!
