HELLO!!! I'm Frankie Garisto! I've been fortunate to have played drums for the last twenty-eight years, twenty of them professionally. This has led me to distant lands such as France, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, The Netherlands, Canada and coast to coast in the U.S. With all of these places comes many wonderful people, all of whom have taught me something. Some of the musicians I have played for and toured with include: Randy Piper and Chris Holmes of W.A.S.P. in a band called Animal which is fronted by Rich Lewis, Eric Moore of the GODZ, Jani Lane of Warrant on a solo tour, and most recently with American Dog. I did the KISS REVENGE TOUR as a drum tech with SHOOTING GALLERY with Andy McCoy from Hanoi rocks. Im currently playing for GUS LAMBROS and SCOTT SMALLEY in ELECTRIC MUD. They have been keeping me gigin and you should check them out when you can! I have been fortunate, but have many more years of playing ahead of me, God willing! My style is pocket BOOM CRACK rock-n-roll, and thats what I most get hired for, But I would like to think I'm not limited to only that. My influences are broad and I rip things from all styles and use them when needed, but as I mentioned hard rock drummin is my forte. My life has been pretty narrow in scope in that the music bussiness can be all consuming,But as I've gotten older I think I've learned to focus on the great things life has afforded me which brings to mind my favorite quote: "Still, the last sad memory hovers round, and sometimes drifts across like floating mist, cutting off sunshine and chilling the remembrance of happier times. There have been joys too great to be described in words, and there have been griefs upon which I have not dared to dwell; and with these in mind I say; Climb if you will, but remember that courage and strength are not without prudence, and that a momentary negligence may destroy the happiness of a lifetime. DO NOTHING IN HASTE; LOOK WELL TO EACH STEP; AND FROM THE BEGINING THINK WHAT MAY BE THE END."
