About B&K
The Production duo of John "Boboroshi" Athayde and Andy "KYNZ" Kintzi began in 2000 after a chance meeting on the DC Raves listserve.
John has had music in his life from a very young age, playing a variety of instruments, as well as playing in rock bands since the age of 13. He currently plays with the DC rock bands Juniper Lane and Rotoscope . He also runs Borealis Studios with Brian Frederick from Juniper Lane and produces DC area musicians.
Andy has come from the EDM side of things with his exposure to Dance culture coming to him from a trip across the pond to the UK in 1998. Since then he has been DJing Progressive house, breaks, and deep house up and down the east coast, playing along side Feelgood, Chris Fortier, Danny Howells, The Hardkiss Brothers, Mark Pappa among a slew of others.
This is their production project which is now going public.
