Bio: Elian Gedeon: Born May 12 1981, Half Polish (generations of painters incl. my mom), half Lebanese. Roots: Aristocratic, Philanthropic (my great, great, great.. grandpa set up the biggest Library in Poland, which looks like a marble temple)& Artistic. Raised on a huge chicken farm in Poland. Moved to Rotterdam (NL) at the age of 5. Lived here ever since. Study: Art & Culture, Film & tv studies ( at the University of Utrecht). Raised on the smell of oil paintings, I took to my guitar and singing like a fish to water. Played my first song on the radio at the age of 9 (in the Ahoy stadion). Released 2 cd's as a student. Doing different projects now. Recording songs (vocals, guitar, sometimes keys), write the music and lyrics. I've also performed as a dancer with various dj's. Extra: In 2000 I had a chance to meet/work with some of my heroes. I was the Front Act of the Fantomas, consisting of Mike Patton (Faith no More etc.), Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle) and Dave Lombardo (Slayer) & Buzz Osbourne(The Melvins). Also Mike was so courteous as to dedicate a song to 'Alien' (me) on stage, during his show....;-) (Location: 'de Baroeg', a metal/rock club in Rotterdam)
