About Me

I am a student of Myoan Taizan-ha (Kyozambo) Shakuhachi, my teachers name is Morimasa Horiuchi. I've also studied Shakuhachi for about a year with Brian Tairaku Ritchie. I also make Shakuhachi flute bags as a way to relax, oh, and sell, please take a look at them in the pics section. The flute bags are all hand stitched with silk or cotton thread using Japanese silk fabric, in various colors. I can make the flute bags for any size shakuhachi. If interested please specify color preferences, and if I have that color in stock, no problem. I can also make these bags in different thickness, so if you want a thicker bag for winter, I can do that to. For most of my life, I have been a visual artist, I have posted photo.
