About Me
A Night at the Pictures jumped into the local music spotlight in mid 2004 out of San Rafael, Ca, making a loud impression right from the start. The group, consisting of frontman, singer and guitarist, Josh Cobia, Conrad Zander rockin the kit, , and Daniel Boeck driving on the bass, began their career under the name: The Blue Kazoos but later evolved to a title that better defined their music. A Night at the Pictures is rapidly conquering the Bay Area Music Scene playing alongside some local legends such as Number One Gun (tooth and nail), the Matches (epitaph), Halfway to Nowhere (popsmear), Hopefield (for the music), Facing New York, the Suburban Legends, and many more. In the fall of 2005, they won the Verge Concerts Battle of Bands taking home $1500 worth of prizes and an opening spot for Journey at the Blues by the Lake Festival. They are currently working out several recording options, provided by many prominent members of both the indie and major , communities. A Night at the Pictures is inspired from a scene which has spawned countless numbers of great bands and they hold true to the tradition that so many seem to forget. All things plain and simple, they rock to impress. You won't forget this band -Adam.

Why music?- Why breath? Cause if you dont you freakin die! Its the same thing; with out music I dont know where I would be. Nothing in the world is as amazing or as beautiful as the sound of good music. It can push people to think and listen in a way nothing else can. With music your message or a message can be delivered in a very profound way.
