Since I'm already doing it, I have decided to make it more official. I started this rescue to save abandoned, abused or red-listed animals from shelters, abusive/neglectful homes or where ever they may be. My goal is to help them find "forever" loving homes. Aside from my own income, I rely on donations from other animal lovers to cover the cost of food, medical needs and basic supplies until they are placed.
I am starting the process of becoming a real non-profit 501c3 Corporation, but as with any business, it requires large start-up fees. I'm working on it, but right now my money and all donations have been going to the animals.
