About Me

If you know anything about God's children, you will know that it is my aim to exemplify the characteristics of love, joy, peace, faithfulness, and self-control (Gal. 5:22). Furthermore, if you know anything about children, you will recognize that I am not perfect and need help sometimes. So I am striving - striving to learn, love and live life to the fullest. Striving to walk in wisdom with the hopes of giving and producing more - Striving to fulfill destiny. Hence I have no time to waste and no games I wish to play - my life, the people in my life, my relationship with God, my gifts, dreams, TIME and energy I take very seriously, so if you wish to connect, Pleeeease respect that**

My Interests

Fulfilling my God-ordained purpose on the earth; loving, giving, and creating (my niche tends to be good music ;) making divine appointments and transactions with people, traveling the world... But on a scale less grand, I love my cat, love to cook and love to take road trips. However, I can easily snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy the likes of good conversation.

Good, honest folks (both known and unknown) on a mission higher than themselves... Those with pure minds and pure hearts.I say this because I've learned Some people will make or break you, and I REFUSE to be broke any longer.So if you're on the Up, Peace and Welcome! My newest discovery: The Bird and the Bee - DOPE! Other than that, Eric Roberson, Miles Davis, Stan Getz, STING, Remy Shand, Duke Ellington, Raphael Saadiq, MuteMath, Diana Krall, Lizz Wright, NERDS/Pharrell, Sade, Isley Brothers, Tye Tribett, Tonex, Israel Houghton, James Brown, Common, The Roots, Little Brother - just to name a few.

Movies:

Comedies, romantic films, suspense thrillers (every now and then), not much into horror, and drama... I need as LESS of this in my life as possible lol. Recent stuff I've seen and love: Something New, Smoking Aces, Stomp The Yard, Save The Last Dance 2, The Count of Monte Cristo, Bamboozled, Dave Chapelle Season 2, Martin Lawrence Season 1, Les Miserables, Def Poetry Jam Season 2

The Bible; other literature I am currently reading inlcudes "An Ordinary Man" by Paul Rusesubagina, "Secrets of the Vine" by Bruce Wilkinson, "The Purpose and Power of a Woman" by Dr. Miles Monroe, "The Uncommon Achiever" by Mike Murdock; Still need to finish reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiowsoki

Heroes:

The Lord God my Father & Christ... Always Saves the day! My grandmother "Bevy" - that woman... Never ceases to give - I love her for it. My uncle Jay - exposed me to the world of music and til this day exemplifies what it means to make a living off one's art. Mikaela angela Davis (more of an inspiration) - Book of Knowledge is what I call her; a walking encyclopedia.... I'd like to be like her when I grow up lol. Awww... the power of being in the Know!
