Magick happens!

About Me

CREDE QUOD HABES, ET HABES

I am constantly doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn to do it. -Pablo Picasso

Creative, charismatic, idealistic but a realist. Sensitive, caring about others, love thinking about the endless possibilities. Open-minded, but I don't let my brain fall out. I love to write, create, and love to try to do things myself. I have a silly sense of humor which can be quite spontaneous so look out, love irony and am very sarcastic!. I would say I'm passionate, artistic & geeky and I can easily figure most anything out in a sense and am quite kinesthetic. I love to create graphics -- digital art, and love to play my violin. I have two beautiful daughters - My favorite quote from my oldest daughter is where she says that I'm a "Goth Parent" :D
I'm a perky goth most of the time-especially when clubbing! My religious beliefs could be most accurately described as eclectic pagan. One of the things I strongly believe in is the "Law of attraction". I believe that you will attract the type of energy to you that you put out there. Think negatively most of the time and life will suck. Do what you can to be positive and that's what you'll get back. Believe that you have it, and you have it!
Lookie, Parents can be Goth!

My Interests

I'm most interested in Magick. I like to do my own thing, and I consider myself "middle-hand" path -- it's a more realistic view of things, in my opinion. I don't like to feel too restricted when it comes to religion.

I love to write check out my site at http://www.naaz.org - Goth Humor located at http://goth.naaz.org . I also like all types of art -- traditional & digital, Crafts, I am learning to sew, Sci-fi, Vampires, Comedy, Fantasy, some Romance, some horror. I like Anime, Martial Arts, Ancient Egypt, fascinated by mummies, lighthouses, love castles, and I am quite interested in Nanotechnology (can't wait to be able to see some of it in action!). I love psychology and learning about how the mind works. Dark humor, sarcasm, puns or any other type of wordplay, Ironies, etc are very appreciated by me. I love the paranormal, Lucid Dreaming, psychic abilities, etc.

I also love to go clubbing and to Meetups. I'm a regular attendee of my local Goth Meetup group.

The Gathering - "The Earth is My Witness"

Mother Earth looks at her closely
She looks at her baby and she sighs
The slight breathing pause that she takes
It builds her and makes her strong

She refuses to give her up
And we close our eyes

Her hands touch the round stomach
And feel the kick
The eyes that have seen so much cry
With the water she starts to rinse her face

And refuses to give her up
And we close our eyes
And you close your eyes

I'd like to meet:

Intelligent and creative (or at least appreciative of creativity) individuals. I prefer those who have similar interests, as I do. It's not enough to have a few similar interests, like a few bands like I do, or be of the same culture. There has to be more than that. I am not a friend collector. I'm not looking for quantity of friends -- more quality. I am interested in friending people who I may meet one of these days, or those people who are realistic but overall positive individuals.

Please note: I do not add people who are under 18 (exceptions are: people's pets or my relatives). Please do not ask.

Traits that I'm looking for in a potential mate are: Intelligence, Well-developed sense of humor, Charismatic, Passionate. Must be open-minded (but not gullible). I'd like an "out of the box" thinker, and a creative individual.

I'd like a man who is honest and real, and who I could talk to about anything and everything.

My list of favorite artists includes: William Bouguereau (1825-1905), Frank Dicksee, John William Waterhouse, Salvador Dali, Vincent Van Gogh, Edvard Munsch, Luis Ricardo Falero and several others. My favorite types of paintings are of Faeries, Mythical creatures/entities. I enjoy paintings with Witches and anything Pagan-related, I can even enjoy Angels, both light and dark. Of course, I love anything Gothic. I love optical illusions, or abstract paintings that aren't Picasso-like (Dahli is a good example of what I'm trying to explain here, along with Van Gogh).
