About Me

Contact Box Generated from Myspace CreatorI edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

STEED grew up with Mozart, Bach, Haydn & friends. His father had told him that Music had come to an end with dear ol' Wolfgang's passing. At the age of 8, he discovered that there actually was other good music out there, significantly different than Classical or silly popular songs sung by weird people with funny haircuts. There was ROCK outside!
So, he sang with The Beatles, yelled with The Doors and The Who, he played drums with Genesis, guitar with Ritchie Blackmore... and he eventually became a ROCK STAR. In his parents' living-room. He then decided to quit these incredible bands and move on to a solo career. He picked a nice wannabe Tele' Custom Deluxe at a local shop, and began his new career as a songwriter. Unfortunately, he spent so much time composing that he forgot to buy modern recording stuff. So out of the hundreds songs he'd made, he recorded a few on a second-hand 4-track audio tape recorder. This was in 2003...
STEED made these demos in his bedroom with a few guitars, mics and a groovebox between 2003 and 2006... all analogue work on a 4-track Tascam audio tape... Please be indulgent when listening to sound quality;)
These songs are only non-masterised working demos in need of professional production in a real studio environment.

They have been, however, Pro-Toolsized by my friend Goliath from the crazy Parisian BUZZBURGLARZ . My forever thanks to him for having catched the best of these audio tapes and achieved to make'em listenable.

So, IF ANY PRODUCERS INTERESTED , feel free to contact me !

STEED also composes songs for other artists and in different styles (pop, rock, electro, prog)... feel free to contact me as well, you'll be welcomed.
