I am a queer/transgender social justice activist, a part of the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition. I have written articles for What's Up magazine, Sojourner Women's Forum, and "Agitate and Activate", the introduction to Pinned Down By Pronouns, a 2003 Lambda Literary nominee anthology published by Conviction Books.
I am also the creator of Gender Crash, an open mic designed for queer and transgender performers and currently producing a documentary about it. Gender Crash Open Mic is the 2nd Thursday of every month at Spontaneous Celebrations visit http://www.gendercrash.com for more info.
I also co-produce "The Neighborhood" Queer/Trans Dance Party in Jamaica Plain, 2nd Saturday of every month at the Midway Cafe.
