Producer Shane C. Brown is the driving force behind Juke Boxx Productions. From his humble beginnings at Tuff Gong studios as an apprentice engineer in the analogue studios, to his current status as a leading studio and live mixing engineer, Shane has developed his talent. His extensive list of mixing credits includes projects for Universal France, Barkley Records, Geffen and Sony. He has been contracted by successful producers such as Christopher Birch, Deseca and Donovan Germaine. He has lent his talents to tracks by Jamaican luminaries Jimmy Cliff, The I Three, Dean Fraser, Chakka Demus and Pliers, fallen stars Dennis Brown and Garnet Silk, international talents Chakka Khan, Cleb Khaled and Alfa Blondie and current stars Luciano and Sizzla, just to name a few.
Prior to founding Juke Boxx Productions, Shane scored credits as a producer on the multi-platinum Kingston Karma for French recording artiste PierPoljak. He also produced nine tracks on Junior Kelly’s breakthrough album Love So Nice, contributed significantly to Chuck Fender’s Living Fire as a producer and claims track on albums by Rayvon, Maxi Priest, Anthony B, Lord Kossity and Kip Rich among others.
In addition to upcoming rhythm projects, such as the highly anticipated Oscillator and the just released Chaos, Juke Boxx Productions will be prominently featured on forthcoming albums by Morgan Heritage and Busy Signal.
