Seeing Eye God (NEW SONG!)

A new direction for rock and metal.

About Me

Seeing Eye God formed in 2002 out of the ashes of one of Grand Rapids' most legendary live acts, Pudgy Chuck. Desperate to move in a classier, more musically complex direction than the simpler alternative hardcore music they originally played, the Pudgy Chuck name was eliminated and new talent was sought to be able to handle the oncoming challenges that combining the diverse musical styles that the band was about to attempt provided. The band now plays a very original style of metal/rock/progressive music that has been likened to bands like Tool, System of a Down, and Iron Maiden.Their live shows leave the crowd inspired, as the professional quality of the musicianship stands out greatly among most of their peers, and the high energy of the individual members is contagious. They currently play most of their gigs in Grand Rapids, and also branch out regionally to Flint, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Detroit, South Bend, and elsewhere, never to a poor response.

Sounds Like: Consider the gloom and thoughfulness of Tool, combined with the harmonic high energy of Iron Maiden, the bombastic arrangements of Rush, and some thrashier guitar a la Megadeth and shake until irritated. Let simmer until it rocks your face off. Serves four of your Mom.
