Many believe that I resemble the popular western depiction of Jesus Christ. This is amusing to me since I'm caucasian. I'm a self-taught musician and I play guitar a lot, although not as much as I should if I wanna shred like Jeff Kerr. I am one half of the Guitar and Vocal onslaught in a melodic death metal band called Through the Mist. We rock pretty hard for being half hippie. My good buddy Wayne and I are also working on a side project called We Might Be CYLONS. It consists of me playing acoustic guitar/piano/xylophone while Wayne lays down sick ass Cello grooves. It's not heavy, but it's every bit as dark and moody as TTM with only half the ball licking. I recently graduated from Grand Valley St. University with a degree in Broadcast Production. I do some part-time and freelance media work, but it's not enough to pay the crack bill, so I've recently embraced my moniker further, and become a carpenter. This has been an interesting transition since college made me really lazy. It has been good to reconnect with the crass and libidinous blue collar portion of our society though. My favorite food is gummy bears. I like gummy worms, but I would rather cram 6-7 gummy bears in my mouth at once than eat one gummy worm. Worms are good, but best case scenario, you're getting two gummy flavors at once. With bears? you can have 5+ different flavors coalescing in your mouth. My main interests in life are Music, Outdoors and Sci-fi/Horror. I still do a lot of the things I did as a child, like making fun of others' misfortunes and reading comic books. I also enjoy intense physical stimulation such as biking, lifting weights, kayaking and playing basketball. I haven't really been doing much of that lately as a result of the heightened physical demands of carpentry. When I was a kid I always wanted to be a super hero, but as I got older I had to let the dream die. This is what I would have looked like if I could've just harnessed Jesus' natural cosmic abilities...
