About Me

I was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, and like the typical stereo type of a P.K. (preacher's kid) at a young age I rebelled against any and all authority figures. I knew everything and I was going to do things my way or not at all. I Spent years doing what I now call "building a testimony". Then after much prayer I packed up my wife and daughter, and we moved to Florida to get away from it all. It wasn't easy, but we yielded to Christ and He led us every step of the way.Not long after I gave my life to the Lord, my father became my spiritual mentor and personal pastor. I had no idea that he would later become my partner in ministry, or that the Lord would even call me into the ministry. But that's exactly what He did.In response to the calling placed on my life I began working with the youth in our local church while hard at my studies. I eventually became the youth pastor of our church in Florida, and went on to start evangelizing in central Florida. In 2003 I founded an evangelistic ministry called Wonders of the Word before joining my father at RTL. Later my wife and I felt the call to relocate to Upstate SC. Almost immediately after being obedient and moving to the Upstate the ministry doors began flying open. After a year in the upstate God opened another door of opportunity which allowed my father and I to expand our vision of the ministry that He had called us to. In essence, that expansion reformed Road To Life Ministries into what it is today (Find out more about RTL at: www.rtlministries.com). I have recently stepped down from my position in RTL Ministries so that I might continue running the race that has been set before me. It's with sadness that I left my post in RTL Ministries, but it's with great pleasure that I continue to serve the Lord. He has called me to other areas of the ministry in this new season in my life, and I plan to obediently answer His call. I am still partnering with RTL in prayer for the ministry, and I like to think of this seperation as more of an expansion than a division. It was an honor to be able to work hand in hand with my father in ministry and I will continue to do so as the Lord allows.I am currently the Sr. Pastor of Holiness Tabernacle in Wilmington, NC. Holiness Tabernacle was founded in 1973 by Pastor Casey, and passed on to James and Helen Seamster in 1974. Since then many miracles, signs and wonders have taken place in this ministry. God has truly blessed Holiness Tabernacle and all who are affiliated with it. A couple of years ago Sis. Helen Seamster went on to be with the Lord, and in March of 2008 Pastor James retired as Sr. Pastor and passed the mantle on to myself. I can only hope to fill the shoes that have been set before me, but with Christ I know all things are possible.God has truly blessed us and continues to amaze me more each day. We ask that you would keep us in your prayers and in your hearts as we continue to reach out to the lost and bound with a promise of salvation.
