Ruidoso New Mexico's very own "HomeGrown" was established in mid December of '06. The drummer Jeff Vargas & guitarist/vocalist Anthony McTeigue crossed paths while performing together in the band "Absolute Uncertainties". After thier split up, Anthony & Jeff continued performing together until they picked up musician, bassists/vocalist, Chris Greigo. The three colaborated & came together to form what is now the band "HomeGrown". The band has also featured musicians which include DJ Pete, Arron LaCombe & Burt Usry from Dallas Texas.
The band resently has been picked up by Tommy Chong himself, whome was very impressed by them & thier performance on August 25th in Carlsbad NM. 2007.
