My Interests

I love pigs, a good cup of tea, following the weather, napping any chance I can get, listening to music, live or otherwise, listening to my husband play music, thunderstorms, playing rummy 50000, looking at maps, coloring, building with legos, touching things, pushing buttons, getting the dogs all riled up so they go insane and consequently make a disaster of my house. Oh and grande nonfat chai tea lattes. I never thought I'd be one of THOSE people. Go figure.

I'd like to meet:

Severe weather expert Dr. Greg Forbes, Tino Martinez, and whoever's in charge of tech support at work. I would LOVE to meet that guy.

Music:

The Wombles, Boston, Depeche Mode, The White Stripes, The Bangles, Pink Floyd, The Zombies, Led Zeppelin, Tom Petty, Busta Rhymes, Soul Coughing, Prince, Michael Jackson (the old stuff), The Hollies, Heart, Guns N Roses, Golden Earring, The MiGs, Grapefruit.. basically anything but sappy R&B and whiny country

Movies:

Pulgasari, The Predator, Pirates, The Shawshank Redemption, Office Space, The Big Lebowski, Napoleon Dynamite, Super Troopers, The (Original) Bad News Bears, Heathers, The Goonies, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Alice in Wonderland, most classic Disney

Television:

I gots me a TiVO... so if I watch TV it's pretty much whatever's recently recorded, usually some form of [adult swim] or some nonsense from the Boomerang channel. I record Heroes and House every week as long as they're new. I also like (but usually dont have time for) The Weather Channel, ice hockey, Futurama, The Incredible Hulk Series ('78-'82), Family Guy, The Simpsons, The Daily Show, and just about anything on the Discovery Health channel. And, since I got the HDTV, Planet Earth. Our planet kicks so much ass.
