Band Members: Stephen Brown of "illumine" also known as Dj Ujjayi formerly(dj Prana) is heading up this dynamic band that ranges from electronic world-beat to hip-hop,middle eastern, house,funky house,afro and latin house, and chill.
Stephen does the programming of the drum machines and keys as well as all live percussion.he's joined by:
Deva Priyo of "Lost At Last" a hugely successful band on the touring scene with some amazing electronic world-beat mixing latin,indian,and native indian influences to create a genre bending dance band that truly rocks!
Deva Priyo plays the electric guitar,flamenco guitar,sarod,birimbau,and hand drums as well as being a talented singer!
Lev Polyakin is the amazingly gifted Violinist with us who also plays for the Cleveland Orchestra and has a jazz cd out as well.
** Singing on the cd we have MC RAI and Riffat Sultana!
I'm soo excited to have these two amazing singers on the CD!Together they bring an awesome energy to the crowd as well as to the recording studio!
