MySpace Layouts - Get This LayoutI'm a jazz guitar player from Utrecht in the Netherlands. Eventhough I was born at the Hague, my mother is french, my father is german, and I grew up in Germany. Four years ago I returned to the Netherlands to study jazz guitar at the Utrecht Conservatory. Beforehand I was living in Hamburg and playing in a band called EatNoFish. We released our latest album in the summer of 2006. It is called 'make it home' and was released on Artiststation records. Recently I've been writing original music for my new quartet some of which you can check out here. We've played the Jazz-a-Palooza Festival in Utrecht and the Play Festival In Belgium this year and won prizes at the Motives for Jazz Competition and at the Holland Casino Jazz Award.
