Day’s Delight is the title of the debut album, with 12 tracks, of vocalist and songwriter Margo Klerx. Typical of her music are the melodies that have a tendency to stay with you, the catchy rhythms, and the improvisation that occurs in almost every song. Her lyrics are deliberately light and direct and heavier thoughts are also wrapped up in this way. Influences are jazz, soul, world music, and the many styles of today’s generation.
