About Me
From the moment his head popped out of the womb in the back room of a bayou brothel Brendan has sought to lead a life less ordinary. Growing up he was a precocious child and first rose to prominence when his mother's day
macaroni painting unintentionally spawned the Dadaist movement. Having
gained international acclaim, he moved to Europe and fell in with the Vienna
Circle. It was in those heady days that he had the decade long affair with
Sigmund Freud's mother that is widely considered the chief catalyst of
Oedipal Theory. Embracing the decadence of success Brendan began a
crippling addiction to mescaline that would leave him convinced he was a
great ape for a period of months. During the height of his addiction he had
discovered quantum theory, but could only express it as a series of grunts.
Weary of the fast life he returned to the United States and found a measure
of peace in California. In an attempt to get his head together he and John
Lennon collaborated on a series of songs which would inaugurate the "new
sound". He is now hard at work on the sequel to his avant-garde novel
Staid, Laid, and Retrograde. Warrior, poet, and lover, his wisdom and
achievements are enduring testament to the power of positivity. He is
currently a student at the University of Washington where he studies Neurobiology and Comparative Literature, and is President of the Young Democrats.
