To be a source of courage
When troubles come our way.

" LOVE " (Some things to ponder...) It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is more painful is to love someone and never find the courage to let that person know how you feel. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift. Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship and find out you still care for that person. A sad thing in life is when you meet someone who means a lot to you, only to find out in the end that it was never meant to be and you just have to let go. When the door of happiness closes, another opens but oftentimes we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one which has been opened for us. It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it -- but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives. Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they'll love you back! Don't expect love in return -- just wait for it to grow in their heart, but if it doesn't, be content it grew in yours. Love comes to those who still hope, although they've been disappointed, to those who still believe, although they've been betrayed, to those who still need to love, although they've been hurt before, and to those who have the courage and faith to build trust again. It takes only a minute to get a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, and a day to love someone -- but it takes a lifetime to forget someone. Don't go for looks; they can deceive. Don't go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright. Hope you find the someone that makes you smile. There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real! Hope you dream of that special someone. Dream what you want to dream; go where you want to go; be what you want to be, because you have only one life on this earth, and one chance to do all the things you want to do. Always put yourself in other persons shoes. If you feel that it hurts you, it probably hurts the other person too. The beginning of love is to let those we love be just themselves, and not twist them with our own image -- otherwise, we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them. The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried -- for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives. Howdy Y'all ! I'm looking to meet some great people here in the U.S. and from all over the world.Especially honest good hearted people who have a caring spirit and compassion to Love others without conditions.Making new friends and having fun is quite a blessing.True friends are definitely a gift from God.I'm a very personable & outgoing kinda guy.I Love to laugh alot and I Love to make people laugh too.Laughter I believe is good medicine for the soul.You can say that I have a good sense of humor when it comes to being social with other people.Sometimes I can be a bit silly and goofey but that is just my personality because I Love people in general. I Love children alot and I'm hoping one day to have a beautiful family full of little ones running around.If infact I get to be a loving father someday that definitely would be a blessing indeed.Since I'm already a big kid at Heart.One of my favorite things to do in life is that I Love to dance.I'm always looking for cool people who can just have fun and dance the night away.My hobbies include working out, going to see plays, musical theatre shows, and music concerts, reading, cooking, writing poetry, etc... I live in the moment and take nothing for granted in my life.Life is just to short.I'm blessed to live a Christian life style that is simple, with integrity, and in truth.Being the only believer in my family of nine.It's very difficult to deal with at times.But I pray for them that someday soon God will soften and fill their hearts with His unfailing love. I know in my heart I can't change someone's heart but I can love them through the love of Christ and live my life with honor, dignity, and for God's glory. I care about other people's lives alot.I Love to pray for people in Church and every chance I get in my every day life.I attend Saddleback Church, Calvary Chapel, and Rock Harbor Church here in sunny southern California.Going to Church is awesome but when I'm there in the peaceful presence of the Lord I'm there to praise & worship Him always at Heart in song and in dance. I believe the greatest gift God has given me is the ability to Love unconditionally and to have compassion for others around me.I believe that infact the meaning of real Love is selfless and free from fear. It pours itself out upon the object of its affection, without demanding any return.It is joy in the joy of giving.But most importantly I spend alot of my time helping others and doing things to give God glory.I feel truly blessed and humble that I walk in the light with Jesus each and every day.I Love doing ministry work to help out the poor, the homeless, the elderly, and abandoned children out in the streets.I truly do Love working with many local churches in giving my time to help out with serving others.I believe being unselfish at Heart makes my Heart grow closer to God every day.If I can bless somebody with a smile, a hug, a poem, or with a few words of encouragement then I am truly living my life in which God has given me with his grace. In the very near future I would Love to serve as a Youth Pastor or a childrens minister in a Church.Definitely my Heart has always been to make a difference and perhaps change other people's lives so they can be the best that they can be.I believe that Life is a Marathon & not a sprint.I'm not perfect, just forgiven.But I do strive to live my life every precious moment being joyous, grateful, humble, and thankful for all of God's blessings, favors, and His unfailing LOVE for all of us.God's children are beautiful ! Jesus is my Lord and Savior.He is the way, the truth, and the life that burns in my Heart.He renews my Heart with much Hope, Wisdom, Strength, and Courage....(Having a Loving heart is the truest wisdom !)

" WHAT LIFE HAS TAUGHT ME " (Something to think about...) What life has taught me, through my own experience, is that life goes on even when something tragic strikes you down. No matter how hopeless, alone, or uncertain you may feel at that moment, and the many empty moments that will follow, you must have Faith that eventually your life will be normal again. Although you will never return to the normal that you knew before the tragedy, in time you will eventually experience the healing of your heart, which will ease your restless soul and release the power to your spirit allowing your mind the freedom to dream again. God doesn't expect us to figure out why things happen nor does he expect us to be unaffected by the suffering we witness. He does however grant us a new kind of peace to bear the pain we experience in our own life and in the world around us. In every bad thing that happens, eventually good will follow. The good doesn't make the bad better nor does it fill the void we have as a result of the tragedy. The good is a simple reminder that God is with us ! God gave us tears to cleanse the soul. God gave us laughter to fill out hearts. God gave us nightfall to replenish. God gave us sunrises for new starts. " For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands, for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control."(2 TIMOTHY 1:6-7 ESV) " THE STRENGTH OF A MAN " The strength of a man isn't seen in the width of his shoulders. It's seen in the width of his arms that circle you. The strength of a man isn't in the deep tone of his voice. It's in the gentle words he whispers. The strength of a man isn't how many buddies he has. It's how good a buddy he is with his kids. The strength of a man isn't in how respected he is at work. It's in how respected he is at home. The strength of a man isn't in how hard he hits. It's in how tender he touches. The strength of a man isn't in the hair on his chest. It's in his Heart ... that lies within his chest. The strength of a man isn't how many women he's loved. It's in how he can be true to one woman. The strength of a man isn't in the weight he can lift. It's in the burdens he can carry...

" The Value of Life " A touching story 4 the Heart... A store owner was tacking a sign above his door that read 'Puppies for Sale.' These signs had a weird way of attracting children. And sure enough, a little boy appeared at the sign. " How much are you gonna sell those puppies for? " he asked. The store owner replied " Anywhere from $30-$50." The little boy reached into his pocket and pulled out some change. " I have $2.37, can I have a look at them? "
The store owner smiled and whistled and out of the kennel came Lady, who ran down the aisle of his store followed by five teeny, tiny balls of fur. One puppy was lagging considerably behind. Immediately the little boy singled out the lagging, limping puppy and said " What's wrong with that little dog? "
The store owner explained that when the puppy was born, the vet had said that the puppy had no hip socket and would limp for the rest of its life.
The little boy got really excited and said " That's the puppy I wanna buy! "
The store owner replied " No, you don't wanna buy that little dog. If you really want him, I'll give him to you."
The little boy got quite upset. He looked straight into the store owner's eyes, pointing his finger and said, " I don't want you to give him to me. That little dog is worth every bit as much as the other dogs and I'll pay the full price. In fact, I'll give you $2.37 now and 50 cents every month until I have him paid for."
The store owner countered, " You really don't want to buy this puppy. He is never gonna be able to run, jump and play like other puppies! "
To this the little boy reached down and rolled up his pant leg to reveal a badly twisted, crippled left leg supported by a big metal brace. He looked up at the store owner and said softly, " Well, I don't run so well myself, and the little puppy will need someone who understands." IN LIFE, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU ARE, BUT WHETHER SOMEONE APPRECIATES YOU FOR WHAT YOU ARE.
