About Me

My name is Dave. I've been married to my beautiful wife Sarah now for a year and a half. I'm a simple straight forward guy. I love to tell jokes, and laugh with others. I like to talk, but I also enjoy listening and praying for others. I love my wife, family, and friends. I currently serve as the Preaching Pastor for Servantsofgrace Church and Ministries based out of Boise, Idaho.

My Interests

Praying for others, Fellowshipping with God's people, studying/reading the Word of God, photography, theology, history, golf, Seattle Seahawks, running, music, playstation 2, billiards, concerts, hanging out with friends, writing, going to movies, coffee, and lots more.

My favorite book is the Bible. My favorite authors are: Gonzalez, Driscoll, C.S. Lewis, John Piper, John Calvin, Martin Luther, A.W. Tozer, Thomas Oden, Charles Spuregon, Donald Whitney, Wayne Grudem, Ed Stetzer, D.A. Carson, J.I. Packer, Jonathan Edwards, Bruce Ware and Dietrich Bonhoeffer.Right now I am reading a dozen commentaries on Genesis, several books on Church History, Teaching to change Lives by Dr. Hendricks,Not by Bread Alone by Dr. Waterhouse, and Systematic Theology by Dr. Wayne Grudem, Biblical Eldership: An Urgent Call to Restore biblical church leadership, and Planting Missional Church by Dr. Stetzer.
