The Sarina Suno Quartet has a straight ahead sound reminiscent of Stephane Grappelli, Bird or early Miles, but with sudden twists and turns such as metric modulations, odd meters and modern reharms. The quartet has just finished recording its first album "Introducing Sarina Suno", featuring, among others, guest stars Dave Weckl and Mike Stern.
