About Me

Well where I start, mmm....... OK I live in Wales the land of song and love listening to music as well as playing guitar and synth and writing and singing my own songs, I also love to write poetry and short stories and I love movies! Apart from music, I would also like to direct movies (I have only done two short movies to date!) I've just turned 40 this year and there are so many things I still want to do but haven't gone round to doing yet! There are so many places on the planet I want to visit, such as Egypt and Rome etc and have to add that to the list of must see! I do try to do my bit for the environment as I am pretty concerned about the state of the planet. I love animals, especially dogs and I would love to have a wolf someday! Is there anything else I can say or add here..........? Yes so much that I could go on forever!

My Interests

Music:

Muse, Crowded House, Radiohead, Sting, Air, Blur, Oasis, Beatles, Pink Floyd, Air, snow patrol, The Smiths, The Who, Mike Oldfield, Jack Savoretti, Bob Dylan, Jeff Buckley Madonna and many more, as for film soundtrack composers, I like John Williams and Philip Glass. Too many to list here really! Variety is the spice of life!

Movies:

Now that is a difficult one! I could write so many fave movies here! I would have to sort them by category or actors really, but to sum them up quickly, My fave Xmas movie of all time must be James Stewart in 'It's a Wonderful life.' I also love Tim Burton's 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' that is a cult classic and the songs are beautifully written by Danny Elfman. My fave Sci-fi has got to be 'Blade runner' amazing movie and the effects were so groundbreaking, timelsss! I also love 'The Time Machine' both the original and the Guy Pearce remake, I love anything to do with Time Travel. Jim Carrey in 'Truman Show,' Tom Cruise in 'Vanilla Sky,' War of the Worlds, and the 'Minority Report' he is a great actor. I could go on and on........... I also love a good gory zombie movie, like 28 days later etc. Spagetti Westerns, especially the Sergio Leone one's such as 'My name is nobody' and the 'Trinity' movies, really funny not forgetting Clnt Eastwood! 'Once upon a time in America,' I could just go on and on really!

Ray Bradbury-The Martian Chronicles, Michael Moorcock-Behold the Man, I also enjoy reading Philip K Dick, think he was a pretty cool and weird guy oh and Stephen King!

Heroes:

all the unseen and unsung heroes working behind the scenes trying desperately to help save the planet and the endangered animals! And also all the underdogs of the world who think they are dull or normal underneath, when in reality, they are extraordinary and unique!
