Owner of full-service entertainment agency, DaSBro Enterprise (established in 1988) in New York City, with music and film/television divisions.
We offer a number of services to our music clients including: artist development, bookings (AFM), management, publicity, publishing (BMI) and radio promotion. We do publicity for a Texas based record label, and our efforts helped the label win a Grammy® award in 2003. As part of our management services we raise investment capital and obtain sponsorships for our artists' projects.
Our film/television division is involved in the the production and financing of independent films and television programs.
I am the Host/Producer of a tv series titled "The Rhythms Of New York" that is in pre-production. Bronx-born actress Celinez Bosque will be the co-host. This program will feature NYC-based bands and will start taping and airing in April 2008. "The Rhythms of New York" will be produced through the facilities of Bronx Community Cable Programming Corporation.
During 2008, DaSBro plans on expanding into the eastern and southeastern Asia market, representing acts in that region that would like to make inroads into North America. Our agency will most likely be establishing an office in Cebu, Philippines during the latter part of the year. Furthermore, DaSBro is currently developing a weekly hour-long syndicated radio program hosted by Joy Bitiwan targeted toward the Philippine-American community in the U.S.
