my computer

well im using a loaner,my computer went out,so im getting it fixed. i feel horriable,these last 4 days have been so bad on my back and the dejenerative bone disease in my knees.with all this bad weath...

well went to a specialist and was told that yes i have o.a and osteoporoisis.and my blood work showed a drasticly low vit.d defic. so i take alot of vit.d(alot).it kind of scares me taking so much,but...
