About Me

SideKicK is based in Hollywood CA and has been around since Feb. of 2000. WE are the longest running SIDEKICK out there and have toured all over he World! SideKicK is a punk rock band that blends the melodic hooks of the Ramones and Screeching Weasel with the harder edge music of a Rancid, Offspring, and Bouncing Souls to create a sound that is all there own. SideKick has already played over a 100 shows in California, Las Vegas, Arizona and surrounding areas. SideKicK recently released there debut cd "So Far Away" on Gale Force Records. It was mastered by East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys.SideKick recently toured Europe (Germany,Spain, England)in the Summer of 2003 and has performed on the same stage with, The Dickies, Angry Samoans, The Distillers, Union 13, Agent Orange, Osker, Teen Idols, The Skulls, The Adicts, Duane Peters and the Hunns, the Dragons, The Bronx, Leatherface, Channel 3, Dee Dee Ramone, Madcap, UK Subs, Rock Kills Kid and more!SideKick has also appeared on three nationally distributed punk cds Punk 101 over 5000 of these were sold in Hot Topic Stores across the USA Sidekick contributed So Far AWay to the cd, a Punk tribute to weezer - contributed - Surf Wax America. a tribute to NOXF- Contributed Stickin in My eye .Since this update SideKicK completed a highly succesful tour of England. playing 17 shows in 20 days,,and selling out of every cd and shirt we brought over to england!. look for a return trip to England in 2005!
