Everything around loud guitars is my big love!
I once studied Biology, passed all needed tests and started learning for my diploma already, when my son announced his appearance to this planet. Suddenly I was in the siuation of being responsible to feed a family, soon! As I was working as guitartech and tourmanager since 1992 (with countless bands, but mainly with my good friends from GAMMA RAY), I decided to become a bit more resident, stop touring as I used to do and switched over to the booking business. The first 2-3 years with All Access from Hamburg, then I joined A.S.S. Concert & Promotion GmbH and took over the dilapidated Metal division. I renamed the division to Dragon Productions - and that's where I'm still working as mad, but having fun with good people all over this planet, booking without boundaries! I'm still on the road from time to time, but mainly I like to visit some festivals now or go out with my beloved freaks from LAKE OF TEARS - to countries like Russia, Romania or wherever I have not been so far.

I started playing Guitar in Bands in 1982, XANDRIL was my first band ever. I even "sung" in TORMENT in 1984 or so... and had a funproject called ENTIRE DEFEAT, that only had 1,5 songs :) But our hit "Poserdeath" made it around the globe in those good ole tapetrader days (later on this song I wrote in 5 minutes ended up with new lyrics as "State of War" on several TORMENT releases). However, after some years in XANDRIL I co-founded MEGACE (www.megace.de) in 1988 and did 2 albums with them. After 13 acknowledged but unsuccessful years of progressive thrash metal it was time to do something else. I joined NÖ CLASS, a Motörhead Tribute band in 2001 and enjoyed playing without the need to think for some months - but as I had the need to get rid of my own ideas, I forced the other 2 guys to form a new band. And since then I'm playing guitar in FIRE, hot old school Metal!!!
